Coffee roaster at Kronborg

The Coffee Roaster at Kronborg, North Zealand's first micro coffee roaster, located in one of the old garrison buildings surrounding Kronborg Castle. The cozy room for lunch and dinner, overlooks the castle.


Kadetten at Kronborg

The historic school building at Kronborg Castle, where cadets  moved upwards and became officers are now transformed into  café, bakery, meeting and banqueting rooms. The cadets ensure that all guests get an outstanding experience. Both as it comes to taste, service and the historical insight into the Cadet's unique surroundings.


Maritime Museum

The Maritime Museum is located underground in the former dry dock at Elsinore Shipyard. The architecture is unique and the museum has won several international awards since its opening in 2013. Dinner or lunch is served in the café with views to the dock.


The Culture Yard 

Feel the presence of history in Elsinore's old shipyard, which has been turned into a major cultural center. Enjoy lunch or dinner in the cafe, in one of the special rooms or outdoors if weather permits. Whatever you decide for there is fine views of Kronborg.


Brasserie 1861 at Strand- & Badehotel Marienlyst

Brasserie 1861, which is located in Utzon's glass pavilions directly to the Sound, has Denmark's most beautiful sea view and an ambitious, visionary organic cuisine with French-Danish inspiration. The name Brasserie 1861 refers to the hotel's first  years.


Skydeselskabet

Elsinore's Royal Privileged Shooting Society banquet facilities are located in the center of town in a prestigious building in neoclassical style. In the historic rooms hang old targets on all the walls.


The Renaissance Cellar

In the center of town is this great vaulted cellar from about 1590. The basement is built as a kitchen, but on later occasions it has been used as a guard and wine cellar. Now the cellar is a historic banquet room. Here guests are seated at the 200 year old tables to the light of candles.


At the Sound  

Do not forget that Sweden is right on the other side. Enjoy the food on the Sound with wonderful views over the water. On board one of the boats that sail shuttle or aboard a chartered boat.
